Fraud Incidents

BCI wishes to advise all our valued customers, due to an increase of fraud incidents involving debit cards, we have intensified our fraud prevention measures by restricting online transactions from the 18th December 2020 until further notice.

We are taking this very seriously and want to reassure our customers that we will continue to monitor and assess the situation daily.

If you are a regular customer who uses your debit cards online you should not be affected. If you do experience restrictions to your online activity please do contact us directly.
