BCI is upgrading its card system from November 2022, so its very important that you update and confirm your personal contact details with us through MyIB, TakuBCI or contact us.

We have created a dedicated account switching service for you which means all you have to do is as simple as 1,2,3! Follow these 3 simple steps to switch your account:
See us at any of our branches and bring with you your Passport and Driver's License (if you don't have these, come see us anyway. We will work through it together)
Arrange with us Regular Payments Forms. This will list in detail all of your regular debits and credits for us to switch for you. BCI will contact all the relevant parties on your behalf to notify them that you have switched your account to BCI.
Close your old accounts.
Simple as 1, 2, 3.
