Kia Orana Valued Customers

The Cook Islands is re-opening its borders from the 13th January 2022 and we are now at a point where BCI we must prepare ourselves for the reality of Covid-19 arriving into the Cook Islands.  BCI observes that vaccination is an important step to protect our customers as well as our staff, and has carefully considered it under a Covid-19 situation.

When Borders open from 13 January 2022

The key element of our Covid-19 Emergency Response guideline is guided by Te Marae Ora (TMO) Covid-19 Safe Framework, this includes face masks, physical distancing, limits on persons in enclosed spaces and at gatherings, CookSafe contact tracing, frequent sanitizing etc.

We will also work within the requirements of our clients regarding vaccinations and other guidelines, when BCI enters client premises and attends client events.

Our guidelines will adjust from time to time, if and when additional guidance is received from TMO.  Ongoing details will be continually updated so we request our customers and the general public to check our website bci.co.ck or facebook page frequently.

BCI wishes our people the very best and stay safe from Covid-19
