How does it protect me?
SMS OTP is a second layer of protection for your BCI My Internet Banking (MyIB) activities. With OTP enabled, your MYIB login is further protected with a second authorisation step that requires you to enter a passcode that we send you as a SMS text message.
How does it work?
A one-time passcode is a single use passcode. After registering for this free security service, you will receive a SMS OTP to your mobile phone every time you login to MyIB. Access to your account will not be permitted until this code has been entered correctly.
Please don't disclose this code to anyone (even to someone claiming to be an employee of BCI), simply enter the code to complete your login.
